Debt will never be paid..here's his list from 10q..

owe $95,971 to a private shareholder..
Owe $472,370 in a promisary note
Owe $26,143 to Auctus
Owe $64,057 to EMA financial

He tweeted he had AUCTUS paid off (July 25th)but the last 8k said otherwise.."final settlement of $20,000 instead of $26k..
Still owes $64,000 to EMA
that promissory note is the biggie..and with no cash how do you think that will ever get paid?
