I now find myself reconsidering the rights offering.

Essentially (if I've got this right!) for $1.75 you're getting 1 share plus the option to buy another at $1.75 at any point over the next 5 years.

Put it another way, at current price of $1.35, you're paying a 40c premium for a $1.75 strike call option with an expiry of 2023!

Sounds juicy.
