Maybe MHHC has some income. How would you know, today, how much cash MHHC has in the bank?

You do not know that, imo. You may have some guessing, but where have you factually seen they have $6K in the bank...today? I would suggest people not generalize so much when we do not have the books of the company in hand.
We are seeing a new company in the development stage, imo. Some cannot believe Will McCusker is out as he is. Some may not understand what has to probably be waded through to get all the things in line to get the company going again. I have no idea how long things will take, but I believe once an income is veritable, then everything takes off.
