Once again, they wouldn't let it trade above .30. They are scared that if this starts gaining momentum, shorts could get HOSED here in a big damn hurry. This might see $2.00 quickly (with lots of halts, of course, in an effort to slow down the damage to the shorts and give them every opportunity to chop it back down).
