Read it again but slower. It doesn't say anywhere that they had not paid. It states two things:

1) radiogel is not owned by vivos. It's licensed snd owned by Battelle. It states on the 10k very clearly that if they don't pay for it, they lose it. All of it. Including any progress and anything attached to it.

2) They do have to repay for it again this upcoming January. It had to be paid annually.

Guessing it costs more than $16
