If Bruce is reducing his Preferred holdings, I would be in absolute Panic Mode if I was in Commons.

It does not bode well for Commons if one of the elite Preferreds holders who has an active court case is losing conviction in this investment.

Let's see if Ackman is on his way out as well. This trade might be over if so.
