I will read through those posts, but understand my point here...

You've stated that the float used to be 60 mil before the r/s right? Now the float is 4.5 mil... but 4.5*50 = 225 mil... this is my point... I remember reading some of the posts where people said the OS was 226 mil...

so basically after the r/s, the entire float is now equal to basically the previous OS... and that is only 3.5% of the new OS...

Another way to describe this is, if there was no r/s and we took what we currently have, this is how it would look.

OS:

Restricted shares: 5,600,000,000
Float: 226 million.

but the presplit OS was 226 mil, now the presplit OS looks like 5.826 billion...

That was my point, the sooner we recognize the bad guys, the sooner we would be able to stop them... this is why I sold my shares that I bought at 0.49... the very next day... because I had originally bought the shares thinking that the OS was this:

Restricted shares: 3.3 mil
Float: 1.2 mil
totalling 4.5 mil...

Anyhow, I'll stop talking about this stock as I have no plans to invest in it, I was merely sharing my views on it as I had bought under an entirely different assumption and wanted to make sure new people didn't buy into that assumption.

And cargo shouting ... "this thing is going over a dollar... I'm buying up every share AAAHHH" wasn't something I liked hearing...
