Homebuilders keep reporting strong results and outlooks. DHI reported a 10c eps beat a few days ago. This morning MDC reported a big 27c beat, with Q2 earnings of $1.12. Stock is up 5% today. I like this one and it is the only one that pays a good dividend at 4%.

Mgmt comment:
Mr. Mizel concluded, "We are very optimistic about the future of our Company given our operational performance this quarter, our recent land acquisition activity and our strong balance sheet. The strategic initiatives we implemented over the last several quarters put us on a path to better consistency in our operating results.
