toothfairy you know what else was in a PR? that bkmp web site would be done 6 months ago and its still not. so I dont believe everything that comes from their mouth. Its a simple web site, get it done, its your company web site for crying out loud. something for investors to see. instead while doing DD they see that it was pr'd to be done and still isnt.
