T-Hawk we saw this happen before with RNVA prior to the official shareholder vote results. Shares were maxed out at 500 million and MMs naked shorted on very heavy volumes since they knew the lender would be receiving 2.5 billion shares and those shares were sold to the MMs. They are keeping PPS very low here because at these low price levels the MMs can make far higher yields per transaction. Watch the spreads as a percentage and you will see between 8-12% spreads. On billions of shares that's huge profits. You can also see MMs floor pricing after adding profit margins was approximately .0007 Most likely that RNVA has received or is receiving follow on financing by SABBY which is clearly identified in public filings. Basically, a new floor price will eventually be reached as MMs will use the same tactics they used with the last dilution. What remains to be seem is the exact funding amount and controlling conversion options/exchange agreements which already are available for review.

If I am correct expect to very soon see naked shorting until the upcoming shareholder vote results which Seamus Lagan has already very publicly informed MMs that he controls the shareholders vote results for AS increase to 10 billion and RS. Sort of interesting that he would use this time frame to announce his intention to do a RS but that's another chapter. Do I believe RNVA is a sound investment despite all the twists and turns?

Yes, provided longs are truly prepared for an extended holding, probably 2 to 3 years as more acquisitions, cash flow stabilization, better financing, etc., improves the RNVA bottom line.

All the above is only my opinions and is for entertainment purposes only. Never invest more then you are prepared to lose.
