there is no bona fide investment opportunities
history and fact is 99% of these companies just taking money for doing nothing. you retail shareholders don't own the company
and considered 'minority' shareholders or silent shareholders

the shares can be dilutely as muc has insiders want or the majority or board votes it wants.

you guys don't own the company.
