This is only my personal "opinion" and it is free advice which means it is worth exactly what you paid for it,,,,absolutely nothing.
When you are laying in the floor conscious or not and can't figure out what is happening to you and you are in so much pain that you can't stand on your feet and you have to be carried to the hospital and the first round of drugs don't touch that pain and you are begging for more drugs or a gun,,,then my friend you will gladly give up anything to stay alive and be healthy and without pain again.
You get 1 life,,,,1 body and only 1 chance to have that body carry you as far as possible thru this life in good health. Be smart, take care of that body and do things in moderation (unless you just don't care, which is your choice) but like a buddy of mines daddy told him on his death bed: son, you will never know just how much you want to live until you are just about to die.
Most folks learn that the hard way. Your Doc is doing you a favor by alerting you early. Consider it a "stop loss" , only thing is, this is way more than just a trading account of money you might lose.
Personally, I have grown right fond of filtered water.
