The directors did not execute the options.

Per the Form 4s, the 6 directors were each awarded (given) 45,500 10-year options with an exercise price of $1.29. After the options vest:

"The option shares vest and become exercisable in full on the earlier of (i) July 26, 2019 or (ii) immediately prior to commencement of the Issuer's next annual stockholder meeting"

then the Directors will be able to exercise the options.
