How come not one person disputes my facts?
1. PPS .0034
2. NO financing
3. Several missed deadlines ( to many to count)
4. Forgot a 20 MILLION DOLLAR component!
5. Continued down trend in the chart.
6. No letter of intent
7. Admitted that dilution of "Any equity financing into which a Subsidiary enters will dilute the Company’s ownership"
8. Too many to count extreme toxic loans
9. Future extreme toxic loans to come.
10. Lack of sector knowledge and forecast ( didn't know cost of business would rise) really?

11. Closed red 18 days
12. Green just 6
13. Even 7 but closed red the next day on all those but one.
14. Gone from a high of .043 (big deal) to a low of .003. Not much higher right now.

Golly, just nothing good to say about mmex. Well, at least it's not BK. YET!

More to it, but EVERYONE gets the idea...
