I share your frustration, and I think almost everyone here does. There is some back and forth on the details, but no active shareholder is happy that the Marshalls tanked the company when we were ready to sail happily over the FDA finish line.

But the implication of your post is that there is someone who matters who doesn't know all of this already.

The problem isn't a lack of knowledge. Involved parties at every level know all of the facts that you mentioned, and whether or not there are points of disagreement, everyone is fully aware of all of the opinions that you are expressing.

If there were a viable case to turn back the clock based on the Marshalls' past actions, it would have been taken to court already.

Also, there is no "Medizone" to pass thoughts on to. Medizone is a company with a former board of directors and former employees only. The only person with any power over the company is the Trustee. I'm sure he has at least the gist, and if he is lacking any understanding of the details it's because he has no motivation to listen or care. How the company got into its current position is not his concern, and justice is not his concern. The only things he will hear are things like "Add me to the list of Chapter 7 bidders," or "I have enough money to put the company back on its feet, so let's put it back into Chapter 11."
