Schwab assigned a case agent to me to investigate the ASCK non-split issue two weeks ago, when it got fixed on Friday last week and the shares where now converted I thought that guy did something to fix it. But he said all that happened was the shares finally came into Schwab from the transfer agent on Wednesday July 25. The Schwab guy said it was nothing he did, but he said Schwab had in the past sent numerous messages to the transfer agent about some problem with the shares and Schwab had not gotten any response from the transfer agent until the converted shares came in on Wednesday.

My complaints to Lee on this over the last month did not get much sympathy, he always maintained it was a problem at Schwab.

I don't know who the transfer agent is, I don't know who's fault it is that it took so long, its all water under the bridge at this point.
