What DD? A Chinese (notorious for stock scams) company that IPO'd in January fires/loses its founder/CEO/Chairman, CFO, and audit committee director in rapid succession 6 months later with no explanation. As the stock craters, the company finally reveals that another company that the founder ran was apparently being liquidated after being caught up in some sort of scam. So, you tell me, Mr. DD, what is the valuation of a company in such a situation? You tell me why the CFO left and why an auditing director left. Your guess about the stock continuing upward on Monday happened to be right, but plenty of stocks that rose in after hours have fallen the next day, so if I call heads on a coin flip and it turns up heads, does that make me a smart "investor?" Again, I'd love to hear your "diligence" on valuation of the company.
