Here is what CEO Saagar Govil had to say about the addition of Cemtrex to the Russell Microcap Index:

Well, so much for attracting new investors and broadening the shareholder base. Just click on "2018 Index membership lists (PDFs)" then "Russell Microcap" to download the 2018 list. Cemtrex is no longer in the Index.
