I think once I get people up to speed you just call or email Dan. I think its easier to do something through ImpactPPA, as with just a handful of good people this can aid WSTI to pop much sooner.
ImpactPPA is still in the bonus round for tokens. So if I was a wealthy person or group how I would do it is fund that need, get the bonus tokens (like 60-70% or something), then buy modest stock here because once that happens this will pop. Then when token sale comes out, sell off some bonus tokens, take a bit of profits here etc..
But this is just all talk for now, best thing to do is get a lot of info and have people look it over, then talk to Dan.
