1. they already are set up to meet compliance. the recent reclassification of the previous warrants into shares now gives share holder equity.

Samsa,

What is the evidence for this? I don't see any reason why registering shares associated with warrants would give any shareholder equity for the purposes of NASDAQ listing. Why do you?

As we know, the last time they tried to maintain NASDAQ listing, they raised $3M + $1.8M for total $4.8M, and even then they were broke again the next month and back out of compliance. They need to raise enough cash to keep $2.5M in the bank at all times, which means they need to raise a lot more than that to pay the bills. $4.8M wasn't enough last time, so look for a financing deal worth $5-6M just for the next quarter. This will cost 18-20 million pre-RS shares plus a buttload of warrants. 40-50% dilution is still to come.

Anybody thinking of throwing good money into this pit should ask, "What's in the pipeline?" Rexista, which can be chewed "like bubblegum," is a clone of drug that is a known dose-dumper, and it has never passed nasal and oral HAL studies. Remember, Collegium Xtampza has IV, nasal, and oral ADF labels, so Rexista will have to qualify for all 3 labels to get approved. IPCI would be way better off scrapping the NDA and submitting the same drug as an ANDA for generic OxyContin, which does not have oral ADF label. Not to mention the ongoing litigation with Purdue. Rexista will not bring any revenue for years to come, if ever. Nobody is interested in partnering with anybody for that crap drug. Same for regabatin. Who would pay for a partnership when they can submit an ANDA now for $800,000 and wait 1.5 years for Pfizer's exclusivity to expire? Why flush money down the IPCI toilet and have nothing to show for it 5 years later when for less than $1 million you can have your very own generic Lyrica CR? No partnership is forthcoming there, either. And PODRAS. Jeebus H. Crimeny don't get me started on that scammy ghost, but I promise you nothing will ever come of it.

Anybody thinking about buying this turd should wait until after the RS and the 40% dilution. Even then, please don't bet more than you're willing to lose. BK is the most likely outcome at this point.
