basic SPY weekly with 15,2 BB and several
%B settings -

* nothing bearish is yet evident since early May 2018 ...
pullbacks toward the 5-week sma
OR
toward the 15-week sma

have been bought


* the weekly 15,2 %B not actually tagging the 1.0 line at this
July SPY price high (weekly close) is a negative for the bullish case, and must
eventually tag the 15,2 upper Bollinger Band again and hug the upper BB for a period of time for a lasting bullish case to be cemented
