They should actually use a combination of CBD and THC, like 80:20, respectively - it is proven to fight nausea. But I get they don’t want to incorporate an illegal drug (fed level).

It is all such a mess and work comp is one of the main issues. A worker up at Loveland ski area was killed over the winter - he had mj in his system so he only received 50% benefit (or his family). Tragic all the way around.
