There is no dilution. All it is Is people holding the price down. Trying to force a RS that ain’t gonna happen. It’s low volume because they know if they sell big chunks the MM is gonna buy them all. They are also holding it down so when it takes off they have a chance to accumulate more shares. Nothing out of the ordinary going on here.
