It looks pretty obvious that LCLP is going into a RM, with Ms. Rudman at the helm. Otherwise the shell would just go dark.

The filings are almost current as well, so as LCLP is a SEC filer, there is zero chance of suspension here.

Obviously it is speculation as to what will be merged in, but as Rudman has her fingers deep in the Canadian MJ market, it is not a stretch to think that is what would be merging in here.

In any case, LCLP will find it's way out of the trips soon enough,

just a little patience.

All IMO of course.
