It's not a so what approach..It's what many legit companies must do to stay in business while they try to grow and bring their tech to the market place.

I simply said so what to your post that implies there is intent on the part of the company to dilute and screw shareholders and that this company is nothing more than a pumping scheme.

You also alluded to in your posts that the officers of the company are criminals...that the company is nothing more than a sham to sell shares...

You have also implied that Israel is the epicenter of criminality citing Zwebner and all his shells and bs..or you agree with your sidekick and support his assertions.

For whatever purpose you and others write these things is something that only you will understand.

Anyone that has sunk money into the company is responsible to understand what they've done and the implications and time frames around their investment.

I agree that there were previously people involved with the company such as Turner and Freidland and Smurlick that were bad eggs.

I also note the fact that the shell was previously a Zwebner holding.

Neither Friedland nor Turner nor Smurlick are associated with the company now and Zwebner has never had any involvement with the company..

IF THERE WAS ANYTHING THAT WAS NOT ON THE UP AND UP WITH THE COMPANY IT WOULD NOT ESCAPE THE EYE OF THE SEC.

THERE IS NO INVESTIGATION OF THE COMPANY AND NEVER WAS.

THEY WERE SERVED VIA SUBPOENA TO SUPPLY INFORMATION IN RELATION TO THE INVESTIGATION AND PROSECUTION OF FREIDLAND..THAT'S IT.

YOUR ATTEMPTS TO CONTINUALLY CAST DOUBT AND EMBELLISH HALF TRUTHS AND OUTRIGHT LIES ARE RIDICULOUS.

The company recently set the record straight on their direction.

I made some investment decisions recently based on this information FROM THE COMPANY...not from some unknown posters that hide behind ip addresses in anonymity somewhat here on IHUB and post misleading and patently false information and frame it as fact.

That is what astute investors do..they adjust to market conditions and roll with the situation as things change.

TO put money into any stock blindly without understanding the evolving situation is a recipe for disaster and subjects those investors to the crap and nonsense posted on any message board.
