From a novices point of view here, simple logic would tell me even if they did issue stock up to a 2.4 billion total, than that's around what, a 5% increase in common shares in the next 17 months??? Well if I, which I do believe, that my shares right now should be valued at least at or around .03 per share...than in 17 months, taking away the 5% (due to the increased amount of shares) increase scenario, would tell me that each one of my shares in my opinion, 17 months from now, myself seeing the true value of my shares at the current levels of business, in my opinion of course, @.03 per share min...than if all held right where its at now business-wise...over the next 17 months and they had increased the O/S by 5%...then I would still see, in my opinion of this company that my shares should be worth .0285 per share even with that increase of the O/S, which I don't believe will happen anyway...I'm in the belief that the 40 million share increase we have witnessed here is nothing more than part of the strategic deal that LIGA has recently announced involving reducing the OS share count in the future by 210 million shares, my opinion, I believe we will see a hard and heavy run Northward here, all my own simple opinions of course however, GO LIGA!!!
