So we've got Victoria Rudman as the interim CEO for LCLP. She is also the CFO of Kayltera, a cannabis therapeutics company. She is also a former M&A person for Bear Stearns, so she's got her fingers in everything LCLP needs

It looks like the controlling block of LCLP shares is currently being held at the DTC. Ready for a R/M

So we have any other info here that I'm missing?
