New email from Tim! This definitely eases concerns as to whether the merger is still on. And remember, 3 filings already hit then they fired the accounting firm and immediately hired a new one. My guess is that was because the first accountant was too slow. That's generally how it goes with them. Slow slow slow. But, I'd say we get the rest of the filings any day now. Just a hunch!
