That's what I'm thinking here, why would that be such a huge deal when all LIGA has done is built something substantial and seemingly sustainable here over the past year or two...if issuing restricted shares as part of another potentially profitable business deal is all that has been done, well hell, that's not a huge deal at all, if anything, to me that means more revenue and perks for the company in the near future above and beyond what is already planned...
