They insinuated that they would definitely not need to reverse split in order to regain Nasdaq listing requirements because they had plenty of far more favorable options available...and if you don't believe that Sevag told me that so be it...I already told you that it matters not to me one iota who believes/disbelieves me at this point.

And the bottom line from this exact/precise juncture is they did nothing positive this entire year to avoid the reverse split and are now on the verge of sacrificing/crucifying us all...and the only real reason they're doing so is to immediately begin diluting again...which will cause immediate post reverse split share price erosion and position Dr. Odidi to continue taking his fat paycheck for another 3 quarters and delivering a lack of relevant progress and tangible results while doing so. The old adage "the best predictor of future behavior is past behavior" most definitely applies.

And the worst part in all of this is that nobody would care about the dilutive financing if Dr. Odidi could prove capable of executing and creating measurable increases in value from the 10's of millions of dilutive financing raised...but time has proven that all he's capable of doing is paying fat salaries and keeping the lights on...and that's simply not good enough after 9 and a half years on the job.

So while you focus on who said what about the possibility of a reverse split and what was supposedly going to be done to avoid a reverse split to maintain Nasdaq compliance...the cold harsh reality is that Dr. Odidi and his executive mgmt. team prepare to screw us all over and start their dilution machine all over again...and it's only gonna be a matter of time until they're faced with Nasdaq delisting notifications again in the post reverse split era because nothing's going to change the conditions that led to the pending reverse split in the 1st place:)
