MMEX-Air Permits:
This is my last posting on the subject of permits. As I've stated before, what you choose to believe is up to you.
1st I posted portions of a conversation that I had with someone directly involved.
Them
We are currently performing air permitting engineering calculations, and beginning the Front End Engineering & Design (FEED) for the 10,000 bpd project. We anticipate submitting and receiving the air permit within the next two weeks’ time.
Groundbreaking will likely happen once the FEED and Detailed Design & Engineering (DDE) are completed and will proceed concurrently with fabrication of the process modules here in our facility in Houston.
As for attendance at any groundbreaking ceremony, that decision will be up to Mr. Hanks and his team. I am certain that he would be honored to have investors like you participate however.

1. Does this mean the permits doesn't necessarily take 45 days.
2. In you estimate, and I understand it would be only a very rough estimate, and based on your personal knowledge, what time frame would you guesstimate ground-breaking?

Officially, the permit can take up to 45 days. Under the rule we are submitting under, we expect to have it granted immediately. This is based upon many conversations with Texas Department of Environmental Quality.
As for the schedule, if everything stays on track we could see groundbreaking within 120 days I believe.
