very few otc companies have a billion shares.

again utter nonsense that volume or price is affected by season in otc. if there actually was any truth to your nonsense about loading in summer being best time, you can bet the pro traders would be driving up the volume in summer as they loaded up.

ask size is 3x the bid size right now. that tells me someone is unloading shares in order to buy them cheaper likely in a pp with warrant
