The one thing that bothers me, in the midst of all this good news, is that LODE has diluted its stock 7% or so (shares increased from 53.4 million to 57.3 million) in order to purchase an option on water rights and property in Silver Springs.

Perhaps this, too, is fine, but I assume that to exercise the option, they will have to again issue more stock. Could this help explain why the stock has not gone up?
