Lol, I copied and pasted my previous post from the 10q so maybe you read it wrong otherwise it’s quite easy for you to copy and paste that information since I didn’t see those numbers anyway. The only reference to $3m debt is for the total debt owed. I have already explained that all the debt have conversion prices in of at least $0.12 so we can’t even talk about those shares converting at current pps. Dilution can only come from the interest payments. Highest interest rate is 10% which comes out to $300k in serviceable interest
