Why is everyone here bickering about what may or may not happen with Advaxis as a company and what HOT will do for the future of Advaxis? There is not one thing you or I can do to make us or break us. Seriously this board reads like a battlefield for those rooting for one side or the other. In reality none of our opinions matter one bit ,it will all come down to science and management in the end! That's when you got to ask yourself do you feel better about our new CEO and do you still believe in our science? These are the topics everyone should stay on . Not who may or may not buy us out and for how much! That's all just speculation at this time ! NEO and HOT are just now getting going and "COULD" become ADXS's saving grace since past CEO's with the help of the BOD have absolutely burned as much money as possible trying to start as many new trials as possible without realizing that cash is king and they have made ADXS very vulnerable at this time.
What is so confusing is how management thought they could fund so may trials themselves and yet not hurt us financially down the road ? That still boggles my mind. Did they think that once they started trials someone like AZN or Merck or Amgen was magically going to pay for all the trials once they were going? Did they think they were going to get multiple partners and the other partner was going to roll over and pay for all the trials? See that's why I can't understand why management put us in this position? We had so much cash that management just lost there ever loving minds and started spending like they would never run out? Terrible stewards of the company's cash and they were not very smart not keeping enough back to bring one indication to fruition. Now here we sit begging on this board and hoping that someone will buy us out because these geniuse leaders of ours have made so many missteps in the last few years that our stock has plummeted to where we are now! It's nothing more than terrible management thinking or not thinking what it was going to take to continue on as a real immunotherapy company !
Hopefully our new CEO will be different but in reality he's not playing with a full deck like our past CEO's were! He doesn't have the funds like they did so any missteps by Ken and our BOD could prove fatal for us the shareholders. Sad really when you look back and see how bad management really was.
