There were people that did over 200 hours of dd that came to the conclusion of $1.00 minimum

All the DD in the world didn't factor in the fact that the bids were in fact at liquidation prices and that the companies that did present bids, wanted a deal. Wouldn't you? Hence the low ball offers.
