(a) Revised merger valuation in favor to GSAT old SH: Good, if done so voluntarily. If done via lawsuit it may suppress SP again.
(b) Rejected merger due to (a) by JM or otherwise would be quite bad. Unknown debt status (payback and asset sales restrictions)
