There will be some dilution from the $40M loan. We have some room to grow OS but it has to be smart moves made with this money for investors to get a quicker return on their money.

I imagine convertible notes converting until mid 2019 and I think TRTC will be paying off the loans.

Time will tell but if things go really well I think it's possible.
