Here are my thoughts on the minimum requirements of the "shareholder message".

1 - I would like it to pop-up on my brokerage account as news.

2 - I do not expect it to address most of your pending questions.

3 - It should be worded in a way that is positive to current $WSTI shareholders, but equally, if not more important, worded in a way to give the large investors enough confidence to start accumulating large positions of $WSTI stock.
