And regarding the ASM presently scheduled for 8/9, according to the E-mail I rec'd from TDAmeritrade, "Internet voting is accepted up to 11:59 p.m. (ET) the day before the meeting/cut off date", which would be 8/8 for SH's as of 6/25 or prior. I'm also voting on August 2nd in Tennessee General Election. CYTR has much more relevant and important issues that have a life-changing outcome, so you know where my true interests are.
