Supposition..at best...I don't ignore facts and your post is not based on facts...just supposition...

We already addressed the modest dilution in earlier posts as well as the fact many companies start with a shell...a clean shell like this one was regardless of who it was attached to before because that expedites things rather than doing it through an ipo for example and costs way less.


You focus on half truths and state them as fact when they aren't....

Zwebner is of no consequence here..never was...nor is the sec investigating the company....

Nor is israel the hotbed you claim it to be of Zwebners..they exist everywhere...

As a matter of fact Israel has more successful startups per capita than any other country in the world..
