IPIX´s lease runs out on 9/30/18(signed 5 years ago), the same deadline date of the 3 milestones broadcast by ipix on 6/28/18. You think Cummings Poperties(the landlord) will wait until 9/30/18 for ipix to renew the lease? Look at the terms.

I hope for the best, but do plan to intiate preventive maintenance damage for myself prior to that date(9/30/18(already underway)), based upon a few experiences with prior investments(mostly biotech).
