So, who in their right mind would consider this event to be an acquisition rather than a reverse merger?
If eagle is selling between 1.5 and 2 million $ annually, that equals nearly the entire market cap of INMG. What did INMG pay for Eagle? 1 times revenue? 2 times revenue?
How did INMG buy a company that's worth far more than itself without taking on massive debt?
