Hopefully there will be multiple bidders and not just AMR that everyone thinks is interested. We need at least $8k-$8.5k/acre to make preferred worth par and have common be worth something. acreage has gone for up to 17k in the region but we don't know too much about well results. Hopefully we find out more on the call. ARES obviously knows something we don't and wants out. Not sure if this is a good thing or bad thing.
