I saw your post and did a little research.
Dilution is toxic but this CEO managed to bring this company through it without relinquishing any control of the company so his goals and vision could remain intact without pressure from dept holders.
Per 8k, notes are all converted....now we as investors have to choose our vision for the future of DRUS and our investment goals. Mine is simple. I look at my position right now in terms of number of shares and not dollars cause the PPS goes up and we mow through more diluting shares pulling it back down...but my number of shares only increases when the opportunity presents itself.
