IPIX defined the accomplishments needed to be acheived over the 95 calendar days from the days of the 6/28/18 announcement.

9/30/18 (3 months and 3 days from company prounouncement) is not 12/30/18(Cherrys announced target date).

What you don´t address in your post is what happens if none of the milestones are met? And, secondly, what´s up with lease(which expires the same day as the three milestones?)

Do they move into 100 CUmmings Center unit #247(BeeVee, as a ¨clever¨ poster opined today(a likely ¨investor¨).
