Broker disputes have nothing to do with selling, and you haven't given any explanation for why it would.

When someone leaves their broker, they transfer those shares in-kind to a new broker.

They don't dump their shares at a loss.

You also claimed this dispute, whatever it was, would be resolved the next day. Now we're 3 weeks later and now you say it's ongoing ..??

All anyone has to do is go back to July 10th when this selling started. I posted there was a broker dispute with a group of traders, and we are seeing the end of this issue getting resolved.
