this is honestly my question as well. The company is allowed to have an opinion but not ultimately control the outcome.

it just seems so screwy to me to think about the Pr, it had positive snippets in it but the fact that it was put out by the ceo himself and not pwc (the companies monitor in the proceedings). It’s also weird because this was released before the 31st.
