I know that 67% of the shares, prior to today are owned by the chairman and presumable not on loan to short as they are held in paper form most likely or at the market maker.

1.91 million (which is is basically the remaining O/S) were purchased on that Form 3 so weren't settled to be short prior to today and were sold... today so they couldn't have been shorted today.

So either he shorted naked overseas or he is lying. So either he's an idiot posting about an illegal trade or he is just paper trading.
