Maybe Jason and the PLR boys want to keep the price down right now. Maybe SVB loaned them $15M to retire 1.5B shares and then they can have a small reverse split.

Maybe they changed Jason's mind about uplisting and are going private.

Heck, we don't know. Just have to measure your risk tolerance. But I have enjoyed and learned a lot by following this board the last 5 months. Long and Strong
